Every KYVALI piece is handmade to order in our Tokyo atelier — nothing is held in finished stock. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your piece to be cut, moulded and stitched before it ships.
Once your piece is complete, it ships via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the atelier. We currently ship worldwide.
Bespoke and made-to-measure commissions take longer than our standard 2-week production time. Timelines are confirmed individually once your measurements and details are reviewed — see BESPOKE to start a commission.
